In my energy medicine practice I begin by asking, "What is the least I can do?"
My intent: to hold space for transformation in deep harmony with the authentic core of a person's being.
Recognizing that healing is a completely personal evolutionary experience that thrives in good company, I show up and choose to be present as witness and ally.
I say YES to what is. Curious about and open to possibilities, I invite energies to flow and trust what arises.
A co-creative process emerges involving the person, their energy systems, the energies flowing in and through them, myself, my energy systems, and the energies flowing in and through me. We relish and respect our interbeingness.
We take our time, allowing the energies to inform us and guide our actions. We force nothing. We honor and celebrate everything. A new wholeness emerges.
I experience what's unfolding and say "THANK YOU!"
It's the least I can do.
